A boy from Rustboro City aspiring to be a Pokémon Trainer, and Haruka's younger brother. He has an innocent and kind-hearted personality. Since he is under 10 years old and cannot become a Pokémon Trainer, he cannot actually own any Pokémon, but harbors a strong aspiration.
